Step 1: Log In or Sign Up

Visit the ScribeMD.ai website. If you're new, you'll see options to create an account or sign in. Once logged in, you can view your existing visits or start a new one.

Step 2: Start a New Visit

To begin a new visit, select "New AI Scribe Visit." You can either add a new patient or choose an existing one. Select the language for the visit—ScribeMD supports over 50 languages, though for this demonstration, we'll proceed in English.

Step 3: Record the Visit

Click "Start Recording" and conduct your patient interaction. As you discuss symptoms and treatments, ScribeMD records and summarizes the conversation. For example, if a patient mentions recent COVID symptoms and a positive test, detail their symptoms and your medical advice during the recording.

Step 4: Generate Visit Notes

After the visit, press "Stop Recording" and then "Generate Note." The system uses AI to create detailed notes of the visit, including chief complaints, symptoms, and the planned treatment.

Step 5: Use Additional Tools

Use the "Ask Scribe MD" tool to ask specific questions about the visit, such as the ICD-10 code for a diagnosis or generating follow-up documents based on the visit's context.
