To use ScribeMD in telehealth mode, please follow these steps:
Use Google Chrome
Make sure you are using the Google Chrome browser.
Run Both Applications in the Same Browser
Ensure that both ScribeMD and your telehealth application are running in the same Chrome browser.
Note: You can run both Microsoft Teams and Zoom directly in Chrome.
Start the Visit
Click Start Visit.
Share Audio
Click Share Audio.
Select the Audio Source
Choose the appropriate audio source from the list.
