To use ScribeMD in telehealth mode, please follow these steps:
- Use Google Chrome Make sure you are using the Google Chrome browser.
- Run Both Applications in the Same Browser Ensure that both ScribeMD and your telehealth application are running in the same Chrome browser. Note: You can run both Microsoft Teams and Zoom directly in Chrome.
- Start the Visit Click Start Visit.
- Share Audio Click Share Audio.
- Select the Audio Source Choose the appropriate audio source from the list.
